KookieJar is a free signature generator and randomizer for Windows. It is extremely configurable, with lots of features. It is not just random quotes anymore, as KookieJar can launch a program and include its output in your signature, or place the "Now playing" line, using information from the AudioCD disk you are listening to. Additionally, it has special treats for Discordians. This is an early beta version, but usable and the newly added features do work. All comments and suggestions are welcome.
